Using reballs w/ an A-5

My advice. Buy a gun with a straight feedneck and a hopper that sits in the middle. (not swept back)

An example would be a Halo hopper on a Spyder, Smart Parts, Azodin, etc.

Reballs are bad news. Especially the rubber ones but the foam ones are bad too.

The problem isn't the cyclone itself, but rather the fact that the balls must go around the drum. Reballs work perfectly when they don't have to move around something. They are best when they go straight down and straight out. 

I have shot reballs many times. I have/had an X7. They don't go through the cyclone. I have a Pinokio. They don't go through the Pinokio because of the swept-back design. It feeds them but they get stuck in the feedneck. I bought an Empire Reloader B specifically for reball play. (For those who don't know, a reloader B is extremely similar to a Halo B) The Reloader B jams sometimes but not anywhere near as often as other loaders but when it does, I have the rip drive. The only hopper that reballs go though effectively is the Viewloader VL200. (stock hopper) This is because no tension is put on the ball stack whatsoever. I cannot use these in my Tiberius 8 pistol or my friends ACP either because the mags are spring fed. 

I used rubber reballs for these tests. I have only used foam reballs once.
