For some reason I thought I had it before, but tonight decided to buy Bison steaks instead of regular beef. While they were pretty small and expensive, I will say that. They. Were.... Awesome.  Considerably more flavor than regular beef. I truly may never go back to beef. Next on the agenda I think is buying some ground Bison and seeing what kind of burger it makes.

That is all.

I like beer. It makes me chatty.

Behold the new guy. He is, apparently, both Canadian and drunk.

Through incessant mockery he shall learn.

Yup, he actually said that.

No, I like this guy. May be a fitting replacement when Scotchy is crushed by an overweight Scottish bar fly.

Haven't had the chance to try Moose, but would be willing to give it a go. Unfortunately, I think Bison is about as exotic as it gets around here. Does anyone know anyone ever eats Venison steaks or is it usually in the cube steak form? I had some in the cube steak form and liked it quite a bit. Seems like everyone around here beats it to a pulp or makes it into sausage.  Is it too tough to eat without beating it first?

Also had Dungenous crab last night and it was really good as well. Much better IMO than snow crab legs.

I am disappointed in the forum.  OPBN asked the bolded question almost an hour ago and no one has yet posted anything related to . . .

Hahaha, I died laughing reading if it was too tough to eat... Then sadly dissapointed that only one person mentioned it when I scrolled down.
