Hotbrown. It uses turkey instead of chicken, and the sauce isn't garlicky, but it is white and delicious.

If waiting 22 hours for help preparing a meal is your idea of fun, then yes. I become belligerent at the 1 minute 45 second mark when I'm waiting for food. Fine dining and I don't mix well. |

Scallops Newberg should do the trick.
Pan sear your scallops in some clarified butter, remove, add garlic and shallots to the pan, deglaze with sherry and brandy. Bring to a boil, reduce to sec, add heavy cream, return to a simmer, add 2-4 egg yolks and whisk constantly until 140*F. Remove from heat, add scallops back in, season with salt and pepper. Serve over pasta, potatoes, or rice. |

Meh, when I have scallops I usually don't have anything in my house except oil, garlic, and butter.
I usually just make garlic butter, pasta, and pan fried scallops. |

I only suggested Newberg because I made Erin and me some pan roasted Halibut filets topped with Lobster Newberg and accompanied by pommes duchess and sauted asparagus tonight for V-Day. |
