Hotbrown.  It uses turkey instead of chicken, and the sauce isn't garlicky, but it is white and delicious.

If waiting 22 hours for help preparing a meal is your idea of fun, then yes.

I become belligerent at the 1 minute 45 second mark when I'm waiting for food. Fine dining and I don't mix well.

Scallops Newberg should do the trick.

Pan sear your scallops in some clarified butter, remove, add garlic and shallots to the pan, deglaze with sherry and brandy. Bring to a boil, reduce to sec, add heavy cream, return to a simmer, add 2-4 egg yolks and whisk constantly until 140*F. Remove from heat, add scallops back in, season with salt and pepper. Serve over pasta, potatoes, or rice.

Meh, when I have scallops I usually don't have anything in my house except oil, garlic, and butter.

I usually just make garlic butter, pasta, and pan fried scallops.
Que pasa?

I only suggested Newberg because I made Erin and me some pan roasted Halibut filets topped with Lobster Newberg and accompanied by pommes duchess and sauted asparagus tonight for V-Day.
