Who actually knows someone named Brody? The name has appeared in every damn TV series I've ever followed, and I have yet to meet someone with the name. It's the most common name for a one-time character for a TV show I've seen so far, and it's driving me crazy.

Do they actually exist in real life? Have I been under-exposed to the people of this world? Who the hell is it that comes up with these names?

Indeed they do exist. Senior year in highschool there was a kid named Brody... Nobody really liked him.
I would think it because his name rhymes with grody, the fact he smelled funny didn't help his cause.

Knew a Brody. His wife worked for me at one of my last jobs. She was an Aussie and hot.

Listen, not a year goes by, not a year, that I don't hear about some escalator accident involving some bastard kid which could have easily been avoided had some parent - I don't care which one - but some parent conditioned him to fear and respect that escalator.

You're worried about a "Brody"?

Come to the South, you will encounter plenty of saddeningly terrible names.

Say, would you like a chocolate covered pretzel? They're a little melty but damn are they exquisite.
