12in. or 14in. ceramic barrel?

Do the 12 inch and 14 inch J & J ceramic barrels have the same accuracy and distance? I read in the forums that any barrel will shoot at the same accuracy as long as it's over 8 inches. If the 12 inch shoots the same as the 14, what is the point of it being any longer?

Where can I find the barrel for the cheapest price?
Is there any place cheaper than County?

If anyone has either one of the two, please tell me how it works. What are some things you like about it and what are some things you dislike?

I have the 12" on my A-5 & SMG-68, have 12" & 14" on my 68-specials and a 14" on my SL-68. I like the shorter barrel in general, but wanted the longer one on my pump marker. I do not notice any significant difference in accuracy (if there is I can't see one), but do notice a little difference in moving around behind cover.

If they made a 10" I would get new barrels for my A-5 & at least one of my 68-Specials, but that's not an option at this time

i just use practice grade mostly (poor). and it seems to work fine with my j&j

I have a Flatline but I'm sick of buying expensive paint. I get the Draxxus Sunflares from Wal-Mart.($30) Academy sells a huge white bucket of paint for 30 also. I think it has 2000 rounds.

The Flatline is 14 inches long, right? The last time I went to play I noticed I couldn't get around corners to shoot because my tank sticks out so far. I then bought a 8in. Spoon drop forward from North West. I haven't played with it but I think I'll love it. I tried it out behind my couch. Now all I need is a shorter barrel. I've played woodsball once in my life and speedball all the other times. So... I'm going to try and make a speedball gun. (That's cheap to use.)

So from my understanding, the 12 inch barrel and the 14 inch shoot identically. I will buy the 12 inch in the near future.

What do you think about the mods and accessories? What's next? I'm doing the LED light mod and painting it today or tomorrow. What other modifications do you reccomend? What other accessories to you reccomend?
