So, I got bored yet again and decided to make a 3 way adjustable trigger for my Model 98Custom. And here it is, it's adjustable in pre, over and side travel. So I can make the activation point of the trigger where ever I want it front to back, as well as control the side to side slop.
Works pretty well so far, but I haven't tried it gased up yet, but that shouldn't change anything considering the tigger catches and releases fine. SO, enough talk, here's the pictures.

Yeah, as for the latest M98C, I've been really busy and this is the first time since the beginning of the summer that I have had time to sit down and work on things.
Oh well. Yeah, I figured this would be something that people would be interested in, so I did it up and posted it. |

How does that let you fire at any point, Obviously a very nice trigger, but shouldn't it always fire at the same point?

Well, I can now adjust the trigger to start and stop anywhere I want, so indirectly it allows me the choice of where it fires if I change the sear tripping point. Which I am thinking about adding set screw to as well for making activation and trigger pull adjustments to.

Go back to the rock you came out from under. I have done plenty of interesting things to my gun and about to do more. I was just saying the trigger looked heavy. |
