2. Emo
Genre of softcore punk music that integrates unenthusiastic melodramatic 17 year olds who dont smile, high pitched overwrought lyrics and inaudible guitar rifts with tight wool sweaters, tighter jeans, itchy scarfs (even in the summer), ripped chucks with favorite bands signature, black square rimmed glasses, and ebony greasy unwashed hair that is required to cover at least 3/5 ths of the face at an angle. ::sniff sniff:: "The Demise of the Siberian Traintracks of Our Rusty Forgotten Unblemished Love" sounds like it would make a great emo band name. ::cry:: |

According to Frozen's definition i am not an emo kid. Not that im
calling myself anything, but anyway yes i listen to hardcore, death
metal and some other stuff. While at the same time i listen to
softer things, depending on my mood.

haha. Yellowcard emo. heh, Yellowcard is just about as emo as New Found Glory (yea, I know the irony--you don't have to point it out). Coheed is worthy, but Yellowcard is too pop-ish to be emo. ya see, to emo kids, pop is evil, and should only exist to make the emo scene more exclusive. it's a balance, you see... kinda like good and evil |
