I have a Custom pro and I was wondering which was better, the cyclone feed, or an electric hopper that's under $100?

Well it all depends on what you play speed or woodsball.

Cyclone, no batteries to worry about and it'll keep up with you.

I play woodsball, and I really just need something to stop my gun from
jamming, but will also keep up if I want an e-trigger or r/t.

try an electronic. yes it needs batteries, but they hold up better than the cyclone feeders (unless they changed it so the ratcheting internals arent made of cheap plastic), and it uses less air. eggs are good i hear, i used a halo tsa and that worked great. i use a halo b now for my ion, but thats over 100 and kinda overkill on a tippmann in most cases.

Does the cyclone use MORE gas, or just left over EXTRA gas?

If you don't want to worry about batteries and don't want to waste money on buying batteries then get the Cyclone feed system...but if you don't care about all that stuff then you can get an electric hopper.
Oh and if you get the cyclone and as you said get the r/t you will have to make sure to get a splitter to split the air supply |

This is my other account so it's still me, by jamming, I mean it
doesn't shoot for 2 shots or so, I ndon't know why, I do regular oiling
and everything, so I guess it's just the gravity feed jamming up, I'm
not sure.

Don't worry. It's the hopper, not your gun. Gravity feeds do this regularly. The balls jam up in the feedneck of the hopper, causing the balls not to feed. An E-hopper or Cyclone will fix this problem. |
