So I made a little purchase today. Bought a few cigars, humidor, and digital temp and humidity gauge.

Well, I didn't want to make a thread about it, so this will do.

Hamlet, one of the better known travelling cigar rollers Havana House has touring the globe, spent his summer in Cananda this year.

He was in at the cigar store for a couple weeks. After touring Canada, he came back into Toronto for a few days and rolled something special for all the staff.

Behold:

That's a robusto box, to give you an idea of the size.

i'm all about the mild cigars... i'm trying to build up my tolerance for more medium to full bodied ones.  it's tough though.  although i have found some decent medium bodied ones that i do enjoy.

I guess I now have to get pictures of my dads Cuban Cigars and the "Cigar Box" which contains aprox 95-100 of them....meh, I'll post pics tommorow. I personally, only stick with low-grade "Swisher Sweets - Kings\Blunts" however I do have a Cuban every once in awhile. Not a bad cigar though.. try "Romeo and Juliets" they are very good for the price.

^^^ owning a humidor is sweet. As for the cigars I own right now I have

4 Antonio a Cleopatra~ a pair of both honey and honey berry

2 Romeo a Julieta Churchills

1 Ashton Chruchill

1 Carribean torpedo

1 Monte cristo torpedo

A pack of captain black mini cigars, for school can't smoke a big ass blunt in the time we get for break

And a pack of Hava Tempa Jewels wooden tip cigars ohh yeah

I also smoke a pipe tabacco of choice being captain black cherry

For after all what's man in nature? A central point in between nothing & all, infinitely far from understanding either.

blonde, i'm not a big fan of romeos... i've smoked quite a few and i've only enjoyed one.  someone mentioned graycliffs, those are good, but expensive.  for a relatively cheap nice cigar, i suggest 5 vegas.  you can get it in the states, and on www.cigarsinternational.com

Um... I would wait until you GET to Mexico before buying a Cigar.   Havanas are legal there and very prevalent.

I gave my humidor to a friend last month.   I lost interest in cigars.   I usually only smoked them when I was out drinking.   Now I don't go out as much and alot of bars are non-smoking.   Plus since I don't smoke anything else (cigarettes) I hated the taste for the next 2 days... even with the light Fuentes.
