    Posted: 04 March 2005 at 5:23pm

Hi guys and girls,

Here is my 98 custom.  I know I need some more upgrades, but I just made a wood stock, which is awsome for now.  The stock I made is lighter, more comftrable and way more solid than my M4 style stock, and the grips are really comftrable, and I can see down the sights with my mask on! (main reason why I made it)

Upgrades are:

  • lapco bigshot 12"
  • coiled remote
  • polished internals & trigger mods (pen spring, trigger stop)
  • custom wood stock that I made

Future possibilities (no special order):

  • double trigger
  • red-dot sight
  • flatline (maby)
  • regulator (not shure what kind)

Here are the pictures:

Tell me what you think!

Nice job. Very nice looking wooden stock. Nice to see some personal touch and effort on a marker.

Well done.

You need to make some wood on the front for it to looks better, but it is nice.

Unique it is...I love that SKS stock and Ive been wondering about the same stock myself...well, it seems you've answered my question, next question, how did you fit that stock on your marker?

thanks guys!

The stock took about 50 hours +/- a few hours of work, mostly because the only tools I had to use where a hand saw, sand-paper, and a drill press.

evil_fingers, the stock screws on to the grip where the normal rubber grips screw on, which works really well, and is really solid. the wood sortof wraps around the grips. here are some pics of where the stock fits on the grip:

Nice job!

[Ignore this, I judged too quickly] ==>[In my opinion I think you should either paint the wood black or make a wooden foregrip that fits inside the foregrip mount.]

Actually, now that I look at it some more, I think you should leave it as it is. It's really fancy-looking without any paint covering it.

It looks comfy.

Normally I'm not into military simulation guns, but it looks like you made this-- not to look like a fancy firearm-- but so it suits you personally. That's what I like most about it.

10/10

thats pretty sweet.i was trying to make a stock for about a year and couldnt figure out any ways to get it on.i thight of puting it on a red dot scope, drilling through the end cap,and taking a bb gun stock abd holding it on to the gun with a worm gear clamp.but finaly i just gave in and bought one.

but urs is better than the ones i made...sigh

Alot of people these days play speed-ball and have superspeed gun.If you are one of the few pump players left, put this as ur sig.

I like it when people put personal touches on their paintball guns. The stock you built is very detailed and intricut. I love the way it sits flush against your endcap and also that you made it wrap around your grip. So unique it is. Plus i love anything lapco, the only thingis maybe a r/t? You would have an ultimate gun then.
