What the....

So, I am at my grandmother's house, my brother and two cousins are here as well (all under 9).  Well my grandma is the only legal adult here, but she needed some spraypaint for something.  I told her that I thought there was some law about having to be 18 to buy spray paint, but she said she hadn't heard of it and proceeded to call Sears.  Well the person that picked up the phone in the paint department assured her there was no restriction.  Obviously, I drive 10-15 minutes down to Sears, and go to buy the spray paint, and what do you know, there is an age limit.  It was even the same guy that had talked to my grandma on the phone (and she had even mentioned that I would be coming down there, he asked if it was my grandma who called).  Well I think he was going to let me do it anyway because she had called, but some other asswipe saw it and told him I was not allowed to buy the paint unless I can show him an ID saying I'm over the age of 18.

Perfect example of a few morons (kids sniffing paints) taking away my right to buy spraypaint.

I bought a bottle of canned air (air you can spray to clean your keyboard or computer) and they checked my ID.

at the home depot by me the spray paint is behind a metal gate with a sign that says you have to be 18

I was also ID for Gears Of War at Best Buy.

LOL the fact that you got a push pop degraded your post.

Never been carded for spray paint or lighters, however, I was carded at Gamestop when I bought Oblivion for the PS3.

I've also used credit cards that weren't mine numerous times and I was never once carded.
