Morals

What would you consider to be your strongest moral or value that you live by?

Edit: Mine would probably be to never hit/abuse a women/girl. Or my new found sense of Honesty

Honor.

i dont know if this would be classified as a value or moral, but somthing i try to live by...

I try to not do somthing just because a majority of people do it or belive it. Its realllly hard and we all fall victim to it, but i try to stay clear of letting propaganda, gossip, etc... effect my life.

it can be a large scale and small scale, for example i dont choose my music by what the image it would give me if i listend to it, its just not important to me, rather, if it sounds good and/or has good meaning I like it, wether it be dancing rainbow lollipop stars or not. or on a larger scale I try not to take my stand in political views but just watching news, but rather try to look at the larger picture and find middle ground that suits me.

I think just being chivalrous. Not enough guys are like that. A lot of the girls I meet are surprised if you let them sit shotgun over you, hold the door open, or just anything else of the sort.

hitting women. i make 2 exceptions to this rule however.

1) some big butch chick in a bar who just dumped beer on you bc "your in her regular seat" and she assumed you would know its hers.

2) my ex girlfriends friend always thought it was funny to slap me (pretty damn hard) right across the face for fun, and being my then gf's friend, i couldnt do anything about it so i asked my gf to ask her to stop after i had, to no avail. "its all in good fun" or something to that effect. well now a year later we're long since broken up, and i have to say this girl better not slap me across the face for no damned reason again or im gonna back hand her

other than the butch situation in a bar or something i wouldnt ever do more than backhand a girl if she deserved it as i saw in situation 2.
