Ryan Dunn was killed in a car wreck today. There goes my favorite person from Jackass.

Looks like he may have been drinking and driving. He flipped his Porsche over a guardrail on a poorly lit road at about 3 a.m. Car caught on fire, apparently Dunn was only identifiable from his chest tattoos.
 Despite the crappy way he went out, he was always my favorite of the Jackass crew, if only for the split few seconds when he would point how how moronic something they were doing was. |

At midnight he apparently tweeted a photo of him drinking with buddies.
Car gas tanks are very strongly engineered. Cars generally don't simply catch fire. He must have really been going.

That was Steve-O, but still.
He was my favorite Jackass star as well. Most of the time he was the smart one, saying "This is a horrible idea, but I'll do it anyway". Also, on Viva-la-bam, he counteracted Bam's skyhigh ego.

Reports say another body was at the scene, but because of the condition of the bodies and car they don't know if Dunn was the driver or passenger.

According to the servers at the bar where he was before the wreck, he only consumed a few beers over several hours before leaving. I've been in that part of W.Chester, the roads are bad, poorly lit, and winding. I think he was just going too damned fast and lost it.
