I was kinda wondering if anyone thinks this is obsurd that i am 13 and iv
break n entry been to court almost got a felon and now have 30 hours of community service. im sure everyone right now is like this is bull. But it wasnt a house on like a main street in a neighberhood and wasnt me and 4 of my friend scoping out a house for a month it was this house that we could hardly see from the street but when we were trying to take a shortcut through the woods we found a old overgrown abandon house door unlocked half open and moldy we thought it was so cool because we went in there was a bunch of stuff to brake so we went there twice just to kill time and brake windows and random stuff in the house when i guess someone heard and called the cops we were all arrested for break n entry in the day got a court date which draged out for my of my summer (07) luckly i got off without a felon and 30 hours of community service but the bad part is the fact that cops didnt even go in the house and look it so if anyone really read this all wondering what people think of a 13 year old being a arrested for something that sounds so serious. i no its a little odd to post on a tippmann forum but its a thoughts and opinion topic so i want your thoughts and opinions. |

1: Don't get caught.
2: If you find something cool and abandoned in the woods, stake it out for a while before you go exploring. What if you'd discovered and awoken an angry pedophilic hobo who lived in that shack? Time spent watching and getting info is never wasted when you're adventuring. 3: Punctuation and apropriate capital letters are your friends. 4: ??? 5: Profit. |

I can see why you would do that kind of stuff because apparently you don't go to school enough to learn proper grammar. That's my opinion. |

I was going to translate that into normal speech but it was fairly taxing.
You admit that you were in a house that doesn't belong to you, breaking things that were not your property, and you're upset that you were charged with a crime? It sounds serious because it's a crime that you should have known not to break. You're lucky to only have community service, and the point of it is to drive into your head that it's not ok to do what you did. If you want to do something like that, fine, but you have to be willing to pay the price for doing so. |

It's a shame there's no actual Grammar Police. Then you WOULD have gotten a felony.
But in response to your situation, you and your friends were breaking and destroying property that didn't belong to you. Even if it was run down and dilapidated, it wasn't yours. If you were my kid, you wouldn't be going anywhere unsupervised for the next 40 years. |

also think of it this was if you see a soda can on the side of the road in front
of someones house but not on it and you step on it would you expect to get in trouble |

That doesn't follow. A piece of trash on public property does not equate to a house, as run down as it might be. And crushing that piece of trash on public property does not equate to repeatedly visiting and trashing a house that clearly does not belong to you.

Guys, stop picking on him. He is obviously cool because he did after all break stuff in an abandoned house, and then got arrested and avoided a felony. He's so cool.

True to what you people are saying but really the only part i was annoying
about of the whole this is the fact the cops didnt even go inside the house becuase the owner (lives on other side of town left proptey go) said i dont want the police to get hurt. |

This is why highly addictive video games and websites are good for today's youth.
Had you been mindlessly playing Xbox all day, you wouldn't have been mindlessly trashing someone's house. At least with the former option, you would've been increasing your scanning ability and reflexes. |
