I found out some interesting news today. My best friend Pinch's girlfriend cheated on him with her best guy friend. They had a LONG talk and decided to work it out. So after this talk, he came to me. He wanted to know if he has the right to tell her she cannot hang out with him while they are dating. I personally don't know so I figured I'd ask someone else's opinion. Does a guy who's been cheated on have the right to keep his girlfriend away from the guy that she cheated on him with?

I would say so, but it's more of a threat than a condition. She can still easily go see the other guy, but if her real boyfriend finds out, he has some ammunition.

No. He has no say in who she hangs out with, she isn't his property. If he wants to go back to her, fine, he can be a moron. He doesn't get to set the terms of his stupidity.

Ultimatims are stupid, either love the person for who they are, and accept their freinds, or move on to another one. Don't set conditions like a 6 year old.

I say he needs to find a new girlfriend. She see him as a push over at this point. If she doesnt willing stay away from the guy she cheated on him with, then she isnt sorry and she is just using him while the other dude gets all the honey.
