i usually play shirts and skins wif my friends one team has no shirt wif shorts and othe team has t shirt wif shorts its not like it hurts getting shot by a paintball lol oh ya funny story i went to a field i was shooting 386fps thats legal right lol

i have a low arch and i have them sometimes.its also a weakness between the calves and shins.icing,ibuprofen help the pain go away.i also believe it is caused by wearing big clunky running shoes with so much cushining.when really it weakens the foot and can cause injury.running barefoot is the way to go  Edited by youm0nt |

Trust me become a hardcore athlete get the all american or you suck attitude and you'll find worse leg injuries than shin splints thats why I don't complain about em too much...

Well it's because to have them you need a high arch in your foot... because when you step and land the arch pulls and yanks on some muscles thus creating an immensely painful rippng and tearing feeling but thats just the first time after awhile your arch either changes or you get used to it IDK which one...
