I don't have pants for a PB game so can I use shorts? i mean I had some but they ripped so can I use shorts or is there a rule against it I never reall thought about it until now...

Lol Im a fat kid but I'm fast and have amazing endurance (im black) so I run the mile sometimes when no one else can... but I mainly throw and high jump (yeah HIGH jump)

Well it's because to have them you need a high arch in your foot... because when you step and land the arch pulls and yanks on some muscles thus creating an immensely painful rippng and tearing feeling but thats just the first time after awhile your arch either changes or you get used to it IDK which one...
