I personally like to savor my morning groggyness. I've done the waking up in a hurry thing, it sucks. Even when I'm up at 3:30 to go hunting, anything that's going to make me shake sucks. I won't even have Coke-a-Cola until at least noon.

Varies how tired I am, if I'm all perky and ready to go i take it with
Cream, If I'm a little tired but need a little boost, I take it with
Sugar and a drop of Cream, and if I'm too tired I don't even want to
Wake up, I use about a 1/2lb of Sugar and a gallon of Cream.

as long as you are otherwise healthy and don't have adverse reactions to it, caffeine is not really all that dangerous
*Edit* When I drink coffee which is way rare(like once or 2X a year) gotta have lots of cream and a good amount of sugar Edited by Zesty |
