That's not the point of GOTM though. The GOTM has to be unique. While I would definitely agree that matrices and borgs are great guns, there's nothing unique about them. UNLESS you custom modded them. Ie, custom anno pattern, custom milling, etc. GOTM is more about cool factor. Because if you think about it, you can't judge performance by a picture. |

I agree with niq.
Almost every gun on there is not truely customized. The karni, system X cocker and scout's mag aren't custom. Sly's cocker might be, but Im have no idea. And warbreak's has a lot of internal work done. Other then that, I dont see you guys standing over a mill machine making the body, trigger frame and other parts from a block of aluminium. So your "these guns are truly custom" agruement doesn't work. |

lol what do you want from us??????? first normal high end guns arent good enough now "custom" guns arent good enough. guys i think you ppl are taking this way to far. NOBODY is going to make a gun from a slab of aluminum. and if they did it was suck 1) they dont have presician (however the hell you spell) tools. 2) it would look like a piece of crap. 3) probably wouldnt fire |

That's true. There are different levels of custom. Ours are obviously a lot lower than something Doc Nickle could pull off, but last time I checked an airsmith didn't enter there stuff there. Nor did anyone else with a mill. That doesn't mean our stuff isn't custom or unique. That's what matters for GOTM, uniqueness. Anyone can go out and buy a stock DM5. A gun that is truly one of a kind and has something unique about it, that's special.

but then they could take that dm5 and put a new bolt kit in it, a new board, new regs, throw in some swapped color parts, and ul frame it.
