its sierra one and has full tank and threaded all the way and I have try friend full tanks also.

Based on my experience with 98s, I recommend putting it in place with it sticking out of the top of the marker just a bit.  once you have the two haves together, separate them at the front just enough to push the spring down in place.

Check this video out.  It's for a 98 Custom but it's the same procedure for all of our makers that use the front sight site, spring & latch.  http://youtu.be/xI022_RZ6P8
