Presidential Poll (Bush or Kerry)

This is just a simple experiment to see if our random group of Forumers can predict who our next president will be. Are we a diverse enough group, or do we lean toward one side of the political spectrum. Obviously a large percentage of us are not even of voting age, so this should be interesting.

Let's see if we can keep this thing going until November.

(by the way, I didn't want this to be a big political debate thread, just a poll. A little debate is fine but let's not get carried away...)

He ignored the economy, Al Queida threats, OPEC, and other domestic issues. I mean gas prices are going up the wazoo, just tell OPEC that we need to renegotiate our contracts on gas prices and output.

He ignored the economy? What could he have done besides make sure another 9/11 would not happen again? Clinton ignored the economy more than bush. You let national security go down the toilet and you get a terrorist attack, resulting in a screwed up economy. Gas prices are going up because some retarded executives are raising prices. Gas companies' profits are up significantly. This has more to do with greed than with the opec.

Plus why go into a war when the nation is economically unstable? That sounds like what happened in czarist Russia with Nicholas II. Went into WW1, ignored domestic issues, and his country fell into revolution.

Odd. I have heard america called economically unstable. Why not? someone has biological weapons. Just because their economy is unstable does not mean they are unable to launch an attack. Oh yes, america will have a revolution. A revolution where people make opinions for themselves.

Plus bush is turning fascist so ya lets get him out.
