i have a 98 custom and it shoots 3 to 4 balls for each pull of the trigger and i was wondering what is wrong with it

Is the ball latch (orange rubber piece in the breech) in place?

could be alot of things, most likely its worn down internals causing your sear to not catch the rear bolt as it comes back after hitting the valve pin

If more than one ball is ocming out for each cycle, then it is most
definately a missing, wornd down, or incorrectly installed ball latch.
If the gun cycles more than once per trigger pull, then it is likely a worn sear or sear spring. |
