   I actually asked the insurance company about this a few months back and they said that it was possible but would have to be deemed safe by their inspector and there is a lot of insurance money you have to front. Plus there are special rules in place for it. It would also have to be manned. R/C poses too many factors that could lead to harm. You also can not shoot at the helicopter from the ground with anything. PERIOD. That is a safety hazard. However my field does have a sponsor bring out some ultralight aircraft that make bombing runs as mercenaries. Ask your local field owner and keep your imagination open.
As for  special licences, if an aircraft is under 254 pounds, contains no more than 5 gallons of fuel, and a few other little details, it can be flown as an ultra light and does not require any licence to operate. However it is highly reccomended that you do have training. As for if you go over any of these limitations, I'm not sure what to do about licenceing or where you would even go to get one. I'd start with the local police force first though. They could probably point you in the right direction.

	if u usd any rc motors out thier it isnt going to work............this thing would need the turbine of a blackhawk just to get of the ground

	how would an r/c helicopter hold 2 angels AND the air supplies for them that would have to be one strong rc why dont u put like some pistols on it that use 12 gram tanks

	A. a striped doun angle is lighter than a pistol. B. with a 12 gram i only get 20-30 shots if that. C. im not gunna use this in play, i dont know where you guys got that idea i said i proably could but i deffinitly wouldent. i only did it in th efirst plave becouse i was bored.
