You can usually ask a dad or uncle or even a friend or a friend's dad, someone should know how to solder.

ihad the same thing happen yesterday, the black wire goes on the oppsite side of the board from the red. you don't need any more solider, just make sure you have enough wire stripped to reattach it.  put a little flux on the wire and heat up the existing solider, once it  melts push the wire in. it took longer to remove the grip and heat up the iron then it did to reattach the wire.  goodluck

Okay here's what I'd do(I come from a very much do it yourself background.)  Go to Radioshack and buy the little 9v adapter and a slodering iron and some solder if you don't have one and solder the old adapter w/ the broken wire out of the board.  Then solder the new one in and it will work fine unless you burn something out which would be hard if you are good with a soldering iron.  Good LUCk First read about the E-grip or better yet just send it in to them and let them fix it for free.
My guns name is Mr. Max in remembrance of my dog that got hit by a car: Tippmann A-5
Ricochet R-5
JCS double Trigger
Tippmann E-Grip
Flatline Barrel

Do you have the need for speed?
