Even if Tippmann were to make another pump, it would be bulkier and heavier than all the other high end pumps that no one would buy them. By the way, the resale on them would be extremely low.

Would be nice if they could remake the C3 better, more on the lines of a "Super Shorty" or a "Remington 870MCS" well anything better looking then the c3.

but im not getting my hopes up, i think tippmann's last pump will be the c3.

sadly i cant say i would buy another tippmann pump... i have shot many pump guns in the past few years and my sl68 II was one of the worst i have seen. the "blurping" and cast body really turned me off. my trracer is 100x better.

pump play is something special. its a fun game and really takes some skill VS AGG play.

i think if i was going to buy a new pump it would be one of these

the new sterling looks hot, and I do think tippmann should leave pump to the professionals....Carter, CCI, Palmers, and CCM (not it that order or anything, those are just the big 4 in my mind). I really dont see open class declining, there is a big scene out in cali and what not, besides, sniper pumps are like the "agg" rage right now on pbn. I am a carter whore though, 2 and counting.

There is no need for Tippmann to make another pump. The c3 isn't
pretty becuase it wasn't supposed to be pretty, it was supposed to be
rugged and reliable. I just purchased a c3, and I love it. Not having to fill
co2 tanks but having the reliability of Constant Air or Nitro is a huge
advantage. Tippmann just made an outstanding pump. Why do we need
another one?

I wouldnt call it outstanding, every used one I have seen for sale used has had problems. that and it looks huge and heavy, Can't run a small tank on it, meh.

Trust me if the gun was cheaper than phantoms and carters alot more people would buy it. most of the people I play with who play pump want to see another tippmann pump.

i think the reason stock class is going down hill is becuase new players can go pick up ions for 200 bucks and shoot fast, so people are being drawn away froma  more challenging style of play, i would love to play stock except no one in my area does and i dont want to really compiet with egos and angels lol

Everybody else doesn't have to be playing pump for you to use one.  I always take my phantom to the local woods field and normally play at least one game with it each day.

It was responsible for one of the more memorable quotes I heard on the field.  I flanked and eliminated a guy with an electro and when he saw what I was using he said, "You got me with a pump?  Man I suck!"

Wayyy too much money spent.  They all do relatively the same thing.

And ditto all the other comments.  Tippmann has made a name for themselves with the 98, A5 and X7.  THe C3 was a failure in my eyes.

Does the c3 only run on propane or can it take air.  If it takes air just get one of those.

If you want a decent pump, pick up a hornet/maverick.

They work pretty well and require minimal maintenance.

Or you could always be like me, and build a Sniper from scratch.

I regret selling my A.T.C.I. TM-11A.  Never should have gotten rid of it.  It was a great pump.

Tippmann wouldn't even have to make a pump to make me happy. If they rereleased a 68 carbine I'd buy one. It could basically be a smaller 98 and could use the act technology.  There could be a higher end version that uses the etrigger from the x7.
