the site says a Q can go 30 a second, but yeah, just get an E-grip with an APE board. The APE is better than the WAS, there is a site that compares them but I can't remember what it is, anyway the APE is waterproof and I think it says the WAS isnt which is HUGE ig you're playing woodsball.
