I built a nice MicroMag a few years ago, and it was an awesome gun. I still wouldn't mind building another one in the future, but right now, one gun is enough for me.

They cost quite a bit more to build. Like, last time I checked a single Xvalve will cost around $200, with a ULE costing about $70. Or you can get a whole ULE'd Xvalved gun for maybe a little under $300.
 
I was mad after I got my up'd classic Mag then saw that ones with Xvalves were a little bit more. But, no one with an Xvalve wanted an Impulse. Haha

You may have a better chance of striking up a conversation about the virtues of the Automag if you perhaps.. say... went to a site like www.automags.org .
