I've tried both and rejected both for a couple of reasons. The X7 hopper extends way to far in front of the barrel, which makes the marker look unbalanced. The 50-rounder looks pretty good, but now we're sacrificing ammo capacity. I use my A-5 to play, not to win fashion shows at the cost of effectiveness. |

Hey Secret Squirrel I really like the look of your marker. I just had one question for you, and it's about the barrel. I was just wondering if you loose some accuracy with the shorter barrel? If i sound ignorant I'm sorry, i'm very new at the sport so please forgive me. Thank you for your time.

Honestly, I do think the marker would be slightly more accurate with a longer barrel. For my style of play, however, having a compact marker I can sling behind my back so I can use my hands is a must. Also, the short barrel makes my A-5 extremely loud, which again compliments my style of play. It's all about what works for you. |

if your marker is for play, not fashion as you boast, why the mag and the red dot site?
other than that little bit of hypocracy, nice marker. |

The mag I legitimately use as a hand support (the gas line and foregrip just weren't cutting it), but I'll plead guilty concerning the red-dot sight. It just complimented the look of the marker. But I never recall saying that everything on the marker was strictly functional! |
