The stock needs to be all the way out in order to protect the nipple for the Co2 supply... >.> I'd like to get a nice scope but I found that I never really had the time nor the place to use my sight when it was on before I got the kit... |

no i meant the scope for millsim only. i have a scope but i never use it just for looks. you can buy a nice $60 scope and it will be large enough to look cool but still not too expensive. |

Hey instead of buying a new red dot why not look for a riser rail so you can use your existing one? One thing you'll notice about all of these kits and using a red dot scope is that when you start playing with your mask on you can get around to seeing properly through the scope lens because the stock is in your way if you're trying to fire with the gun to your shoulder either in prone or standing position. Give it a try, you'll know what I mean.
The rail that is on the M82 kit is most likely a weaver rail and since you're talking about getting longer screws for your existing red dot I would assume that you have a dovetail like most BB guns. I'm sure theres something around that will suit your needs. My friend just bought this kit recently and he loves it. I'm not going to give a rating but all you need to know is that its on my list of "acquisitions" for milsim kits. |

i personally think it looks horrible, not at all like an m82... more similar to other 50 cal rifles maybe... It's just got too many PARTS of the m82, but not enough for it to flow.
You do get points for not having a BT though :P |

I agree... Well, a few days ago I proved that this beast is hella' accurate on the field. I goggled a guy from about 50-60 feet away, through a 2 inch gap in a wooden wall with only 2 shots (the first shot hit the wall.) AND without a scope. There is only one thing I can say. I love my marker. Edited by uruz6 - 14 September 2006 at 3:33pm |

/\ you should look into getting an apex and an adaptor so you can put it on your m82 barrel. |

It wasn't luck because I made at least 3 or 4 more shots like that the rest of the game. I mean they werent that amazing but it was extremly accurate for that round. For instance, someone had their barrel sticking about 1 inch out of this fencing and I pegged that from about 30 feet, another bunker shot from about 50 feet and a few others. |
