its obviously fake. you can see the lettering "custom pro" on the black one is terrible, obviously photoshopped; some the letters arent all there and cut off. and if they were going to make a "custom pro", i would say it would have a 95% chance of being centerfeed. custom pro=BS

guys the pictures in the links are fake but tippmann is coming out with a new gun and it will most likely have WAS boards in them.  WAS is releasing a board for tippmanns march 1st...thats all I know....expect big things from tippmann in the future.  Tippmanns rarely break and with a high  bps they will be great guns
keep on keepin on

this is not the only new marker tippmann is making...this is just another option to the 98c basically like the sniper 98 and nitro 98 etc.  according to kreeper-X tippmann is releasing 3 new markers, the custom pro (which is basically an e-bolt) and modifing the cyclone and a new board for the e-grip and e-bolt from WAS letting the guns shoot up to 20 bps.

Ummm... no.  Why would they do the first one when it already exists, and why would they waste money on production of guns that are too similar to the existing guns that most people wouldn't consider buying them?

Direct from an A5OG Sponsor and ONLINE Retailer:

Quote Initial orders/Release date: March 7th / 9th.

Got the MAP pricing:  Basic = $159 - R/T = $209 - eGrip = $239

My source is a legit online business that the A5OG has had as a sponsor for some time now.  It was also revealed at the Shot Shot in Vegas just a few weeks back.  I have a A5OG forum member who attended the event and saw the marker and the catalog from which MOST pics of the marker are taken.

The Pic of the two markers one above the other, is legit and was first posted on Warpig...  http://forums.warpig.com/phpbb/viewtopic.php?t=7293

This is the first of three upcoming releases.  The A5 will be getting the Pro-Custom tweeks as well as new Camo reciever halves and possibly a limited edition Nickle reciever set.  The third upcoming release is the new gun...  No one really knows much about it other than that Tippmann will be using the WAS board in it as well.

BTW, the WAS EQ board going in all of these new releases is programable 10 to 30bps...

It's not.  YOU GUYS are the ones saying it's the new gun.  It's not.  It's a re-package of the M98C with a new E-Grip option using WAS's new EQ board.

The Custom Pro and the "A-5 Pro" will be released soon, The Custom is coming on March 7th and the A-5 may be coming in April to coincide with the A-5's birthday...

The THIRD marker that tippmann is working on now is the NEW marker.  It's going to use the WAS EQ board as well.

too bad that by the looks of that thing its not electric huh?  i thought of that and looked at the pic a good 10-15 minutes tryin to figure it out.

It's the same as the M98c, and can come in RT and the New E-Grip (the E-grip will be MAP priced at $239)...  SO yes, it's electronic and no it can be bought for as low as $159 without the E-Grip or RT set-ups.

The M98, the 98C and the Pro Custom all have the swing feedneck...  which WOULD raise it off the carpet below...  Have you people seen the M98?

a-5~219$ gta barrel~55$ x-chamber~40$ this gun would cost way more than that

You have no clue what you're talking about.  The E-grip Pro Custom is MAP priced at $239.00 for an E-Grip...  The Bone-stock Pro Custom is going to MAP out at $159 and it can be picked up with an RT for $209...

I love my A-5s and I OWN four of them, but this thing will outclass all but the best tweeked A-5s...  The E-grip board is programmable from 10 to 30bps...  Blows the current E-grip away...  But the A-5s will be getting the new E-grip board as well...

though I know it's good) its nice to have someone

information.

That's what I'm here for...  I'm really wanting to see the New A-5 reciever halves...  Supposed to me a limited edition Nickle set as well as camo...

The NEW tippy is supposed to be something different, I'm guessing that it's the first "speedball" specific design that they've put out...  No one is talking about it other than WAS...  and they are about a vague as you can get other than saying "it uses our board..."

Im not sure I'm liking these new markers. Its going to put the already low resale prices of the 98C and A-5 down even further. Not to mention these new markers will kick the crap out of the current 98C & A-5. I'm glad to see tippmann coming out with new stuff, but im kinda sad that they would just grind the other markers they sell into the dirt like that.

Yeah...  that can be an issue, but it usually happens every year...  Look at all the other companies putting out a new "version" every year and driving the re-sale down on the previous year's model...

'Tis a way of life...

At least it's a STEP up...  The WAS board will kick the crap outta even the A-5 E-grip for a while...
