thanks everyone for the good compliments. i really appreciate it.  and yeah i already took the hopper cover off.

And also i forgot to add this to my procedure.  before you start painting and put painters tape on, you have to use 220 GRIT sandpaper to smooth down the black stock paintjob.  you don't sand the original color all the way, but until it turns kinda of grey.

For the palmer stabilzer with co2, it works great. its the best reg for c02. it's good for the A-5, because it's adjustable all the way up to 900 psi.  Mine is set around 850 PSI which is ideal for the A-5. I know what pressure it is, because i used to have a pressure guage, and also i got used to adjusting it.  if the PSI adjuster screw is in the bottom of the reg about 3 threads, then it's running around 850 PSI.  but overall, it works great. it sort of works as an expansion chamber as well.  i had one problem where an O-ring inside the reg broke. I knew it broke because there was air leaking form the safety hole on the side of the reg. I took the parts out of the reg, and sure enough it was a o-ring.  i replaced it, now it works great. If you use it with c02, you have to make to oil the insides of the reg.  You can do that by putting oil in the asa, and shooting your gun a few times.

BUT Thanks everyone.  the pictures look alright, but in person, it seems more shiny and alive. it sort of looks blurry and smudged in some of the pictures. but what the heck, its all good
