really cool gun, like the white on the dessert color, I'm hoping you could
help though. My 98 custom still has thte black paint on it and is starting
to come off, well a lot of it is chipping and peeling.
What stuff do i need o paint my gun:
What kind of paint, primer, anything i would need, and how do i get the
old black paint off.

Thanks for your help.
this is what everyone else does:
Tippmann 98 Custom
16" Werks barrel
Fixed Sniper Stock
Polished internals
Remote line.

Next time, give it less flow.  I think scales should look sort of disheveled and out of order.

Jasco Paint stripper is great for removing paint.
I dont prime because duracoat doesnt need it. I ahve heard good things about Brownells and Krylon Fusion.
Duracoat is applied with an airbrush, so if you go that route you will need an airbrush kit.

more info here.

Yea, the stencil needs to be optimized. It was made for painting on large flat surfaces, like a wall, not a curvaliscious paitnball marker...

Oh, I dunno, I like the way it flows...The black would stick out too much...I pretty much paint the grips everytime i do this.
