I'm running compressed air on my 98 Custom. My only add-on is a Cyclone Feed. Yesterday, I couldn't get the gun to shoot above 200fps. Even with the velocity adjuster all the way out, the gun shot right around 200fps consistently. Any thoughts?

Did this happen when you added the cyclone? When was the last time you cleaned and oiled it?

It's a new gun, first time I chrono'd it. I did take it apart to polish the internals. Oiled it thoroughly. I'm pretty meticulous about putting everything back together properly. Any chance I over-tightened a bolt or screw anywhere?

Did you polish where the power tube attaches to the right half of the body shell?

i only polished where there are moving parts involved. so, front and rear bolt. along the ACT linkage. trigger assembly.
how about this? i think i over-tightened the air hose where it connects to the valve. could this hurt my velocity? i noticed it was a bit off center when putting everything back together. gonna strip it all down again this afternoon.
