                     At first I didn't think it would be worth it but it has made it 100% more accurate and it has twice the range

there very pricey for a gun that doesnt work very well and you cant use it all the time

I dont think you should buy a pistol. It is absolutely useless in games. From what i have heard on the forums and players at fields they are inacurate. Most of the them run on small Co2 cartriges which you have to change about every 15-20 shots. Thety also dont hold many rounds at all. So personally i think you are wasting good upgrading money.

well. i could have used one and taken out many people before, but, for the cost, you chould get another 98 or somethin.

all paintball markers with a straight barrel have the same range.  Also, get a PGP.  If i hadn't bought a PGP, i would have never discovered stock class, therefore, i would have never bought my phantom, therefore, i would have never earned the rep i have now, therefore, i wouldn't be the same person i am today.  Also, if you buy the newest model, you have to do a slight mod to it.  take  an eraser off of a pencil and superglue it to the front of the bolt.  you might have to cut it down a little, but it's very simple and inexpensive.  If you don't do this, you might chop.  Hope i helped.  I wouldn't buy a pistol other than a PGP.

and you dont need a pistol, if he is far away, use your tippmann; if he is medium range... use your tippmann, but now it gets tricky... if he is close... use your tippmann...

I personally have a Pirrana USP Pistol.  I think its great, it has good accuracy and range, and came with a holster package for a little over $100.  Now I haven't tried any other pistols before and I am sure others are good too.
