I had a Flatline for a bit, and one day I tried my friend's gun with a Twister on it, and decided that the Flatline's extra distance (seriously, only about 20 ft) wasn't worth twice as much money, so the kid I bought it from took it back, thank god, and I bought my Twister.

I like my flatline on my m98c r/t. Im planin on getting an A5 and
usiing a different barrel (14-16in JJ probably) and the lapco mg
shroud. turn it into a browning .30 cal.

I just tried out a flatline that a got for free from a friend. Im
not sure what i think. The added distance is nice. The
accuracy at 150ft was very poor. I was shooting Diablo Heat and
PMI/RPS Superswirl. I did have many breaks. I was maybe
able to his the target ~3/10x. Even making minor adjustments did
not seem to make a difference. balls would curve left, then
right, then right again, then left, then up, then right, then down,
etc. So I could not really determine how to make the adjustment
to the bbl. I also have a 14in. J&J Ceramic barrel which I
also found to be about equally as inaccurate, but at a shorter
range. I think the best barrel as far as accuracy goes that I
have would probably be the stock barrel or the 32 degrees precision

Years ago I had a Flatline on my 98... the balls went everywhere but on target even with good boresize paint match. I thought about getting one for my A-5 because I hear it is better, but I don't have much need for the extra distance and expensive small bore paint. I am happy with a good quality conventional barrel that groups tight until the end of it's range. I don't like being in the rear of the game either.

I have a Flatline on my 98. I loooooove it. I try to use that more often, but it depends how it does with the paint Im using. The range is amazing, and the accuracy usualy great.

I loved my flatline, i found it to shoot through breaks, shoot well-enough to win at the 125-150 mark if you know how to shoot. But I had to sell it to use my new shroud from Opsgear. Now im looking at a ceramic 20", bigshot 14", or a werks 16".
