   So I was feeling like absolute crap this morning, so I called in sick, no biggie.

But as many of you well know, I do anodizing out of my apartment. Apparently my landlord is wise to me, cause she called the police and reported it as a methlab.

So I got a nice knock on the door this morning and a search warrant shoved in my face. They wouldn't even let me put pants on, I answered the chained door in my boxers. They told me I had to stand in the kitchen with another officer while they checked out my lab. 

It only took about 5 minutes before they had me come in and explain stuff to them. Basically I lacked 90% of the chemicals to make meth, and any of the equipment. Once I explained what it was all for, how it worked, and showed them some sample parts, they all had a pretty good laugh.

After that they let me put some pants on, and I grabbed my ID and stuff for them, including my badge. They even asked about anodizing gun parts. We exchanged our stories of "hey do you know officer....".

I also had to tell them that a lot of the parts I do have a small security level, and that she had no "need to know". So they pretty much just laughed at her when they all left. I shut the door in her face.
