Pro E not fireing

like the tittle says its not firing i think this is due to the
solenoid not having enough force to disengage the sear from the
hammer( i can hear it move but the marker dosent fire. ive also seen it
move when the marker is disassembled) any ideas on why this might be?

for reference ive looked at the  armature pin and there isnt any real mushrooming out. ive also changed the battery's so its not that either

my marker is still on warranty though so if some one would tell me how i might just send it in to tippmann

	Inspect your magnet under the solenoid and make sure its not cracked. Make sure its pulling the solenoid back every time.

	thnx but the magnet is still in one peace. also if anything the solenoid is being held down to hard. as it moves up alittle bit but fails to tip the sear.
