   In b4 CCW.

Long story short, neighbor is posing a possible threat, possibly involving others to join his threat. 

Now, this could all well blow over in a month or two when the nieghbor is evicted, but regardless I still feel somewhat unsafe.  My home is fine, as we now have a small aluminum baseball bat near the only door if neighbor becomes a threat in a drunken rage. 

I would like to carry something in the cab of my truck if I ever feel the need to defend myself. I do not want to go clobbering people, and I would be more than happy if whatever I had for protection collected cobwebs. I have a regular cab(two door)so my options are limited. 

I am not buying a .45 from the street, nor am I going to carry a KaBar like I am Rambo. 
Baseball bats, pipes, police batons, crowbars, katanas, power drills, pipes, and any conventional weapon(or obvious makeshift weapon) is out of the question, as I am only 17 and do not want to get crap from police for carrying weapons for "carrying weapons in a vehicle" or whatever.

So, I need suggestions for items to carry in a truck that wont get me charged with anything. The only thing that I could think of is a big Maglight, but the biggest maglight is 6 cells, which is about 17''. A litttle too hevy for the length, imo. Maglight did make 7 cell flashlights, but they are discontinued.
