My personal vote would be towards the Colt even though I'm a Kansas City fan |

And soccer is a fine sport. But football > other sports. Not liking football is unacceptable. |

Welcome to America. We play the real football. The Colts are going all the way. They are going to do the impossible: a perfect season and a Super Bowl victory. |

Um... Newsflash, soccer IS real football.. Your american football is just a sissyfied version of rugby. A fine game, rugby that is. |

I've played rugby; I've played football; I've played soccer. Football > rugby > soccer The main thing soccer has going for it (which is a BIG thing) is that it is the consummate pickup game. Any number of people can play a game, anytime, anywhere. Anyone can play. It is the street game to end all street games. |

Well the team I wish would go to the bowl? The Steelers, but from their last few games and a bit of common sense they obviously don't have a shot. I could see the Colts going over the rest of the teams. If the Bengals had the offensive line to match the skills of Carson Palmer, im sure they could dominate in the playoffs, not that their O-line isn't good or anything, but Carson Palmer is a freaking beast, although my loyalty still lays with my guys in Black and Gold.
And Dbib..get out.. Just go back to France if you can't appreciate the fine game of football. I mean no other sport is as fun to watch on TV than football IMO, it just gets you so pumped up when you see Roethlisberger throw that nice pass for the TD. I love it. Edit: I am also more concerned with the freaking Patriots getting shut down, dynasty my ass. Edited by Apu |

Football is a great TV sport. The natural breaks in the game give you lots of time for replays, analysis, stat-geekdom, charting and graphing... Great stuff for TV. |

I can apreciate the game, but only if im there, i love going to games, soccer and football, but i CANNOT sit through a baseball game. I dont see how people sit through 9 innings of baseball.
I do love to see a long bomb get cought only to see the guy get hit by a 300 lbs truck on legs. Edited by DBibeau855 |

You know what DBibeau855
if you only knew what it was like to be a running back for an american football and there eleven guys trying to smash you into the ground and you dont get hurt or score a touchdown on a really long run then you can say its sissyfied sport |

I don't know a single paintballer that acts gangsta, but thats beside the point. Yeah I would love to see a rugby player try to stop somebody like the Bus from plowing through them. Pffft.

soccer is football! You are all living a lie! I have grown up with soccer (which from now on will be referred to by me as football) all of my life, I've been playing for at least 11 years and have been watching it for 10. I have also attempted to watch American "football" but to me it is too boring there is no flow in the game. Where as proper football goes for 45 mins non stop then 45 mins again and is a great sport to watch.
