I think Tippmann needs to make one gun Electric Gun that is Durable and still has the "TIPPMANN" qualities. I also know that they have the E-Grip and that sort of things. I wouldent want them to be alot like Bob Long or anything of that sort because I love that they make Durable, easy-to-fix guns that people like and That I like as well. Anyway my point is that I think they should just make one modle of a electric gun that would be Fast and could compeat with some of the Expensive guns like Angel or Bob Long.

umm... no?
tippmann always finds the mechanical solution, hence the Factory F/A, cyclone feed (best example), and RT. |

Why would tippmann wanna be like those other companies?? I applaud tippmann for not flooding the market with parts. They design guns that are basic in function and very easy to fix and upgrade. What would be the point of beeing like a bob long or smart parts if they are just gonna do is copy them??? I haven't found another company that designs paintball guns that are as reliable and customizable as tippmann. in my opinion they are a near perfect company |

but yeah, if you want that, get a 98 and get an e-bolt, mill it and put other "high end" ups on it. that's as close as you will get. oh and full auto isn't legal in tournements |

I stick to no electric anything when it comes to my gun, so I can continue playing when it starts to rain.

I dont think that they should make a stock electric marker because it would ad to the confusion of field stripping it...and electric markers useually arn't as reliable as mechanical markers are, and we all know that tippmann is known for its reliability.

My 98 E-Bolt can go full auto. Does that count? What Tippmann needs to do is make a Tippmann-tough TRUE electropneumatic marker that is affordable to compete with the Ion. |

Only problem is, with patents owned by Smart Parts being what they are, Tippmann would most likely have to pay a licensing fee to Smart Parts. If they didn't, they would get tagged like ICD, or be forced to stop making it like the E-Mag, Viking and Excalibur. |
