Don't you people think there should be some sort of like "armor"
in scenerio cause it would be cool cause i got like a million ideas for armor but cause there are no armor things it would look cool but be useless. It would be kinda like body armor it protects the are where the armor is. The only thing is people would probably abuse it . |

There already is some body armor stuff made for paintball out there, but most of it is either 1. Too bulky/ Hard to move in or 2. Too darn hot with all the heat of a paintball game.

no what I mean the armor would like enalde you to get hit like 2
times before you get elimineted. EX: you are wearing "armor" on your chest and you get hit then you are ok but if you get hit again there you are eleminated. |

those field armor suits and be a giant target. Plus i dont care if it hurts a little .

it's too hard to move in plus, it is useless it doesn't hurt that much plus i love gettin lit up i think it's awesome. i see what your sayin though just have a game where you can get shot once in the chest and be in till you are shot again, you don't need physical armor though. sometimes we play only torso and head counts arms and legs below the knee don't count and it's two to the chest or one to the head to get eliminated.

U know, i hate it when people call others sissies for wearing a vest, because someone may have a bruising problem(believe it or not i know someone who did) and it can hurt. Theres also the people going on a cruis and stuff who dont want welts. Paintball can hurt sometimes too
 ... however im not implying that i wear a vest... Speedball all the way baby

why not wear the armor they use for motocross races, the plastic vest
which is by the way very mobile. it is not very hot either, it is
vented with pading on it though. it can be worn either under or
over your jersey. and yes like balazs said people can have
brusing problems which can be a very big problem for some people.
and at the "fieldarmor" site they have suits which would be very good
for woodsball.

Wearing a vest or a single peice of under armor is fine but buying something like a field armor suit is going way over the top sorry if I offended anyone that wears underarmor |

well, actually guys...armor is great for getting new people to play. especially ladie friends *wink*
but in all honosty just cuz someone wears armor doesnt make them a weenie. becides...isnt it about the game? |

Heh... I know a kid that is 12, has a red Esprit, and mentioned the idea of wearing a BMX chest protector for paintball to me once... That's odd...

yep, i agree. 1. paintballs dont realy hurt 2. if you get hit anywhere other than the chest your gonna feel it anyway. 3. if you wear armor you look like a sissy, and people will shoot you more because of it. |

My friend use to have to wear armor. His mom thought paintball was dangerous and made him use it.

I dont know about any one else but that post makes it sound more like just haveing a rule where u can get hit more then once in order to be eliminated... not actually wearing something to lessen the blow. Me and my friends do this some time to make the game last a little longer but we just do head shots and chest shots are one hit and ne where else is 2 hits |
