My bro has a powerbook G3, and he wants to upgrade the operating
system. He wants the most recent version. Can he just get
Mac OS X retail, and install that? If not, what can he do?

They don't suck for gaming, they just have a smaller selection of games. I only play 2 games anyways, so what's it matter.

They have a Much smaller selection of games, they are outrageously (sp) expensive to upgrade, and they dont have any new ATI cards in the g5.

Because maybe people use computers for things other than gaming. They
are very popular among music editors, video editors, graphic design,
and the like. People use them like a computer, not a gaming machine.
Maybe you should just go play counterstrike or something and masturbate to the ATI catalog. |

For once I somewhat agree with Sammy but keep in mind that not everyone
games.. I dont and I love my mac. And Glassjaw OS X is the best part
about macs, installing Windows on it would totally ruin the point.
