It won't make a difference in accuracy, but the SS Freak inserts are more durable.

Yeah the SS are more durable. I got the aluminum though, because its going to be hard to break the inserts, where they are inside the back.

i can hit a dime at 100 yards with one. ask anyone that has a super chromium if you can find them about accuracy |

Get the aluminum they are jsut as accurate or more and are way lighter.

No, aluminum is usually stickier than stainless steel. Its a trade off between weight/durablity and acuraccy.
