How long did it take to get yours? From placing the order to picking it up at the door? I recieved a confirmation email saying that they may take up to 3 weeks to even ship the thing...and they are in california (I am in Toronto, Ontario, Canada....which is clear across the continent). Seems like half assed customer service to me... |

Thats why you dont buy directly from the manufacturer. Its much easier to go through an online store.
