hey guys, recently i had an ergo reg put on my gun. The other day i
tried to take the gun apart to oil it and i culdnt seem to be able to
open the 2 plates. All of the nessecary(sp?) screws have been removed.
Could it have to do with the reg that was installed? Any advice is
appriciated. Thanks

If its a 98 and there is a vertical adapter for the reg, that may cause a tigter fit. What you should do is get a very thin flathead screwdriver, and carefully pry the sides apart. Also make sure the cover on the cocking knob is off first.

Also make sure the velocity screw is all the way in or out, this can also cause problems opening it.

Make sure your velocity screw in turned inward so that it clears the hole in the left half of the marker. |
