Nothing that you could percieve with normal use.
A expansion chamber will restrict flow from the tank, but the chamber will also serve as sort of a gas reservoir, acting like a buffer. This is the same idea behind low pressure chambers. So while the x-chamber will theoretically cause a gas choke, it will be so small you wouldnt ever really notice the difference. |

using HPA still lets the rt work, so i don't see why an ex chamber would do anything to stop it from working.

No, the X Chamber won't affect the RT, it just lets the gas expand so it shouldn't have an effect on the RT.

It may slow it down, but very very minimal amounts, and it will only help it keep the sweet spot on it.
