Made the trip fine, had a great time at the race. 

Girlfriend earned a lot of beads during the nightly parties.  Got to meet some of the pit crews, talked to some drivers, got to see the unveiling of the Corvette Carbon, and signed me and the girl up for a Skip Barber Racing school.  

Race was awesome, always impressed by the speed of the LMP cars, and the rumble of the Corvettes coming by is still amazing.

Pictures are going up on facebook, be willing to put some of them up here if any of you are interested.

Actually, I think she did pretty well with not having them shown while there were cameras around.  The chances of someone having a picture are pretty good still, but anytime she saw a camera she dropped and covered, and said no pictures.

I do HAVE pictures of them, but they're not from the race, so you won't get to see her impressive collection of beads.
